Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service and sales, preferably in insurance.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills for multitasking and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for insurance clients, assisting with policy questions, changes, renewals, and servicing.
• Partner with the sales team to support client retention and generate referrals.
• Process policy renewals and communicate with insurance carriers.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare insurance documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring regulatory and company standards.
