Job summary

SustainableHR PEO & Recruiting is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in Fargo, ND. You will own and service a portfolio of commercial accounts, coordinating renewals, quotes, and client documentation to keep coverage accurate and clients confident.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in commercial insurance servicing, an active Property & Casualty license, and strong communication and organizational skills to manage high volumes with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial insurance servicing or account management.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Experience managing a book of business and contributing to retention.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an established portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Coordinate renewal activity, obtain quotes, and prepare documentation.
• Communicate with carriers to obtain quotes and resolve issues.
• Review policies and invoices for accuracy and timely completion.
• Maintain organized client and policy information in the agency system.
