SustainableHR is hiring an Insurance Account Manager in Fargo, North Dakota. This role focuses on servicing clients, supporting producers and carriers, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of customer service and sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• College degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource for clients by assisting with policy questions, coverage changes, renewals, and day-to-day account servicing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, professional communication.
• Partner with the sales team to support client retention efforts, new business opportunities, and referral growth.
• Prepare and submit insurance applications and renewal documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers regarding underwriting, policy changes, endorsements, and renewals.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system.
• Prepare proposals, certificates, and other insurance-related documents.
• Ensure all client requests are handled accurately and within established timelines.
• Maintain compliance with insurance regulations, agency procedures, and carrier guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while helping clients find insurance solutions that best fit their needs.
