We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing insurance team in Fargo.
You'll manage and service an established portfolio of commercial accounts while working directly with clients, carriers, producers, and internal partners. From new business and quoting through renewals and ongoing service, you'll play an important role in keeping accounts moving and clients confident in their coverage.
This is a hands-on account management role for an experienced insurance professional who wants real ownership and the opportunity to make a difference.
Take responsibility for assigned commercial accounts and help drive strong retention through proactive, responsive service.
Coordinate renewal activity, gather information, obtain quotes, review carrier proposals, and prepare accurate client documentation.
Communicate directly with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process changes, and resolve service issues.
Review policies, endorsements, audits, invoices, and other account documentation to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
Respond to questions, coordinate requests, and serve as a dependable resource throughout the policy lifecycle.
Maintain accurate client and policy information in the agency management system and stay on top of deadlines, follow-ups, and account activity.
