Job summary

BlitzenX is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Dallas, TX to generate qualified opportunities within property and casualty insurance carriers. You will research carriers, identify CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders, and perform outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

The role focuses on qualifying opportunities, coordinating discovery meetings, and handing off to the sales team, while maintaining accurate CRM records and meeting pipeline goals.

Qualifications

• Strong phone skills and confidence initiating conversations with insurance technology leaders.
• Ability to research accounts and develop outreach relevant to each carrier’s priorities.
• Strong written communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools, especially HubSpot.
• Ability to work toward measurable goals with consistent outreach.
• Willingness to learn P&C insurance operations and supporting technology.

Responsibilities

• Research and prospect into P&C insurance carriers and identify key contacts.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor account signals and initiate conversations about staffing needs.
• Introduce BlitzenX capabilities in Guidewire suites, development, QA, and staffing.
• Qualify opportunities with business need, stakeholders, and timing.
• Schedule discovery meetings and hand off to the business development team.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate multi-stakeholder outreach.
• Meet targets for prospecting activity, meetings, and pipeline contribution.
