Guidewire Software is seeking a Solution Consultant to translate customer needs into tailored demonstrations and proposals for our P&C insurance solutions. You will work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to showcase how Guidewire can meet complex business requirements.

The role requires strong business process, listening, and communication skills, with a compensation structure that rewards achieving team objectives and travel of 30-40%.

Formación

• Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter is required.
• Strong P&C insurance knowledge and persuasive presentation skills.
• Excellent writing and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and take initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Lead consultative conversations to identify needs and map to software, services, or ecosystem.
• Present tailored demonstrations for diverse audiences from frontline to executives.
• Serve as subject matter expert in core operations of a Property & Casualty insurer.
• Identify new platform requirements and collaborate with Product Management.
• Respond to analyst and prospect information requests; share knowledge for team enablement.
