AAA Mountain West Group is hiring Insurance Agents for our Cheyenne, WY branch. The role focuses on selling Property & Casualty, Life and Roadside Assistance products to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional member service.

Must be prepared to work on-site, on Saturdays rotation, with a P&C license preferred but not required. A base plus commissions structure applies with incentive plans and additional ramp-up bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Strong sales skills with a history of developing, tracking, following up on and closing leads.
• Advanced consultative selling techniques utilizing thorough product knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Uses sales techniques and strong product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales, retain existing insureds and grow our overall insurance book of business.
• Effectively overcomes objections to close the sale and/or retain the insured.
• Works to meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan and as assigned by the Insurance Agent’s manager.
• Conducts an insurance review for clients to identify suitable products, uses underwriting guidelines to assess risk, quote, bind and issue policies.
• Establishes rapport with the insured to enhance affinity to the AAA brand and loyalty.
• Solicits and markets to business and community events, performs outbound calling, cross-sells/new customers.
• Responds to customer inquiries and requests relating to insurance products and membership.
• Resolves complex customer service issues and assists insured with first notice of loss on claims.
