American Automobile Association seeks proactive Sales Agents to serve our Members at the Phoenix branch. You will sell Property & Casualty and Roadside Insurance, identify member needs, and tailor policy recommendations to meet their coverage requirements.

In this on-site role, you will work toward sales targets within the incentive structure, participate in outbound and community outreach, and help members with claims initiation when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of sales experience preferred.
• Must obtain property & casualty license within 21 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Sell Property & Casualty and Roadside Insurance to Members.
• Identify customer needs and present suitable policies.
• Close sales and retain insureds; meet targets.
• Conduct insurance reviews and issue policies.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve service issues.
• Prospect via calls, events, and marketing lists.
• Assist insured with first notice of loss when needed.
