Job summary

American Automobile Association in St. George, UT seeks Insurance Agents to sell Property & Casualty, Life and Roadside Insurance, meeting sales goals while delivering strong member experiences. An active P&C license is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. On-site position with Saturday work expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills with a history of developing, tracking and closing leads.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; active P&C license preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform outbound calling and cross-sell products.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business, serve existing insured members and retain policies.
• Meet or exceed targets defined in the sales incentive plan.
• Conduct insurance reviews and quote, bind and issue policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service issues.
