Job summary

American Automobile Association in Orem, UT seeks Insurance Agents to help Members by selling Property & Casualty, Life and Roadside Insurance while meeting sales goals and providing exceptional service.

This on-site role requires an active P&C license (preferred), 2–4 years of insurance experience, and the ability to work some Saturdays. Compensation includes a base hourly pay with additional incentive potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred.
• Active license for property and casualty insurance preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and serve existing insured Members to meet sales targets.
• Retain policies and cross-sell AAA insurance products.
• Conduct insurance reviews to identify suitable products and coverage.
• Close sales by overcoming objections and building rapport with Members.
• Participate in promotions, events, and marketing activities.
