Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an insurance professional to quote and place personal and commercial lines, including auto and home. You’ll write policies, serve clients, and help grow our book across P&C offerings.

We value community outreach, meeting sales targets, providing excellent service, and maintaining detailed records. A valid AZ P&C license and multitasking ability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Arizona Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• A minimum of six months’ experience in a fast paced, multi-task work environment selling P&C lines of business required.
• 1-3 years related experience.
• Valid Arizona driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Quote and write personal and commercial lines insurance including auto, homeowner, life, health, business owners and worker’s compensation.
• Prospect within the community to develop new insurance business and create brand presence.
• Meeting or exceed sales goals set by management; provide customer service to insurance clients.
• Support lead generation initiative by providing qualified leads to other AAA Arizona lines: Travel, Insurance, Automotive and Financial.
• Maintain records, logs and files according to department and club guidelines; use company systems.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions

• Maintain records, logs and files according to department and club guidelines. Demonstrate thorough and competent skills in both industry and Club computerized systems.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Arizona Property and Casualty Insurance License required
• A minimum of six months’ experience in a fast paced, multi-task work environment selling P&C lines of business required
• 1-3 years related experience
• Valid Arizona driver's license

Starting salary $32,782.00 - $40,976.00 based on experience
