Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Active and unrestricted state property & casualty license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business, serve existing insured Members, and retain policies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets defined in the incentive plan.
• Conduct insurance reviews, quote, bind and issue policies.
• Develop rapport to enhance loyalty and cross-sell products.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve complex service issues.
