Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is hiring a Sales Agent for our Phoenix branch. The role focuses on selling Property & Casualty and Roadside Assistance insurance to meet members' needs at an on-site location.

You will identify customer needs, overcome objections, and work toward targets while delivering a high-quality sales and service experience that reinforces the AAA brand and member loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales, retain existing insureds and grow our insurance book of business.
• Works to meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan and as assigned by the Insurance Associate’s manager.
• Conducts an insurance review for clients to identify suitable products, uses underwriting guidelines to quote, bind and issue policies.
• Provides Members with a sales and service experience that enhances affinity to the AAA brand and loyalty.
• Solicits and markets to business/events, performs outbound calling, uses marketing lists, and cross-sells/up-sells.
• Responds to customer inquiries and requests relating to insurance products and membership.
• Researches and resolves customer service issues; assists insured in initiating first notice of loss.
