Job summary

Alera Group is seeking an Implementation Lead – Property & Casualty to drive cross-office migrations to a standardized enterprise platform centered on Applied Epic. You will own waves from planning through go-live and stabilization, coordinating data migration, training, and change management.

The role requires 5+ years leading large-scale implementations, strong leadership and stakeholder skills, and the ability to guide multi-office teams in a fast-paced transformation.

Qualifications

• > 5+ years leading enterprise system implementations, business transformation initiatives, or complex technology projects.
• > Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale implementations.
• > Strong project management skills including timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder management.
• > Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• > Ability to influence stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• > Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced transformation environment.
• > Preferred: Property & Casualty insurance industry experience.
• > Preferred: Agency Management System implementations or enterprise platform migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation planning, execution, and post-go-live support for enterprise migration waves.
• Manage implementation timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and project deliverables.
• Lead a cross-functional implementation pod, including Data Migration, Training, Hypercare, and local office Change Champions.
• Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful office readiness and adoption.
• Identify and resolve implementation risks while providing regular updates to project leadership.
• Oversee go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization to ensure a seamless transition to ongoing operations.
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve implementation processes, standards, and best practices.
