Alera Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Trainer to join our Enterprise Transformation team and help colleagues confidently adopt Applied Epic. You will design and deliver hands-on training for EB teams, balancing virtual and in-person sessions to simplify complex workflows.

The role requires 5+ years using Applied Epic in an insurance setting and 3+ years delivering technical training. You’ll develop training materials, partner with project leaders, and provide ongoing support to ensure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Applied Epic experience in an insurance agency or brokerage.
• 3+ years delivering technical or systems training.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver role-based Applied Epic training for Employee Benefits teams.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Create training materials, job aids, and learning resources.
• Train colleagues on standardized workflows and best practices.
• Partner with transformation leaders and subject matter experts to support system adoption.
• Provide post-implementation reinforcement training and ongoing learning support.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness.
