Job summary

Alteva RCM seeks an Epic Program Manager to own our footprint inside client Epic environments, enabling operations teams to deliver coding, billing, A/R, and IDR services efficiently. You will manage access, roles, workqueues, routing, and reporting while coordinating with client Epic analysts and IT teams.

You’ll lead onboarding, go-live readiness, and post-go-live support, ensuring data flows seamlessly between Epic and Alteva systems.

Qualifications

Experience with Epic revenue cycle applications and related modules.
Ability to translate operational requirements into system requests.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience coordinating with client Epic analysts and IT teams.

Responsibilities

Manage Alteva’s presence in client Epic environments (access, roles, workqueues, reporting).
Coordinate with client Epic teams for configuration changes and enhancements.
Lead onboarding, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
Ensure data flow and integration between Epic and Alteva systems.
