Job summary

Alera Group, Inc. seeks an Implementation Lead for Property & Casualty to drive migrations to Applied Epic. This remote role travels as needed to support multi-office transitions.

Lead planning, data migration, training, and change management with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth go-lives and ongoing stabilization across the enterprise. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise system implementations or complex technology projects.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale implementations.
• Strong project management skills: timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation planning, execution, and post-go-live support for enterprise migration waves.
• Manage implementation timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and project deliverables.
• Lead a cross-functional implementation pod, including Data Migration, Training, Hypercare, and local office Change Champions.
• Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and implementation partners to ensure office readiness and adoption.
• Identify and resolve implementation risks while providing regular updates to project leadership.
• Oversee go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization to ensure a seamless transition to ongoing operations.
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve implementation processes, standards, and best practices.
