Alera Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Trainer to join our Enterprise Transformation team and help colleagues confidently transition to Applied Epic. You will deliver engaging, hands-on training that simplifies complex systems and supports new workflows across the organization.

You'll facilitate virtual and in-person sessions, develop training materials, and ensure teams adopt best practices. This remote role may require travel to offices and project locations as needed.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Applied Epic experience within an insurance agency or brokerage.
• 3+ years of experience delivering technical or systems training.
• Understanding of Employee Benefits operations and related workflows.
• Confident presenter who can make complex technology easy to understand.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and learning technologies.

Alera Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Trainer to join our Enterprise Transformation team and help colleagues confidently transition to Applied Epic.

Qualifications

• You have 5+ years of Applied Epic experience within an insurance agency or brokerage.
• You have 3+ years of experience delivering technical or systems training.
• You understand Employee Benefits insurance operations and related workflows.
• You're a confident presenter who can make complex technology easy to understand.
• You're comfortable developing training materials using Microsoft Office and learning technologies.
• You communicate effectively, adapt to different learning styles, and enjoy helping others succeed.
• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation $80,000 to $115,000 per year

Additional Information

Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, with travel to Alera Group offices or project locations as needed for training, implementation, and other project activities.

Training will be delivered in both virtual and in‑person environments, and the role may support multiple offices and implementation waves. Success requires strong facilitation skills, adaptability, organization, and the ability to build confidence with users navigating significant technology and process change.
