Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Operational Ownership Lead to drive owner-side leadership on large-scale residential development projects from construction start to handover. You will report to the Director of Operational Ownership and act as the owner's representative through lifecycle governance and delivery.

The role requires 4–6 years in development/ delivery, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or a related discipline.
• 4-6 years across development, design management, construction management, owner's representation, or project delivery.
• Experience in multifamily, residential, mixed-use, or large-scale commercial real estate development environments.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, change management, construction reporting, and schedule management knowledge.
• Experience reviewing construction draws, contractor pay apps, and lender/investor reporting requirements.
• Proficiency with Excel, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the owner's representative from NTP through construction completion and turnover.
• Governance of budgets, schedules, risk, and contractor performance.
• Review and validate change orders, design modifications, RFIs, and related decisions.
• Manage owner-side construction administration and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee construction draws, lender reporting, and capital partner communications.
• Coordinate with municipalities, regulators, utilities, and consultants.
• Lead project closeout, turnover, warranty, and operational readiness.
