The ideal candidate will have significant experience in overseeing field operations and ensuring project execution excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction, with significant experience in structural shell contracting.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Strong expertise in concrete, masonry, framing, and structural systems including rebar and tie‑downs.
• Demonstrated success in luxury residential and/or commercial construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations across all active projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to luxury-quality standards.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for owners, developers, architects, and general contractors.
• Drive profitability by managing job costs, labor productivity, and procurement strategies.
