Michael Page seeks a Senior CM/Owner Representative to oversee interior renovations and capital improvements for a premier DC Metro commercial portfolio. You will work from ownership level and partner with senior leadership to drive successful outcomes across the portfolio.

The role requires 12+ years in CM/OC environments, strong MEP knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight budgets and schedules. Hybrid work is typical, with exposure to ownership and top executives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of construction management, general contracting, or owner's representative experience.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project controls knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating independently while collaborating with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner's representative for renovation and improvement projects across a commercial real estate portfolio in the DC Metro region.
• Manage interior construction projects including spec suites, office interiors, lobby renovations, and amenity center upgrades.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout activities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide construction management oversight ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Review project scopes, proposals, contracts, change orders, and budgets.
• Leverage MEP expertise to evaluate building systems and risks.
• Partner with development, asset management, and operations teams on portfolio initiatives.
• Act as a trusted Senior CM/Owner Representative through all project phases.
