Qualifications

• 8–10 years of construction experience.
• 2–3 years of preconstruction experience.
• Experience in budgeting and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from concept through bidding and design phases.
• Consult with project manager and superintendent on schedule and constraints.
• Prepare conceptual estimates from limited information.
• Lead preconstruction including narratives, GC development, budgeting, and data.
