Job summary

Park Lane Projects is seeking an experienced Owner's Rep to join our core team in Miami, FL. You will work directly with clients and leadership, guiding project scope, budgets, and schedules across diverse high-end projects.

You will oversee pre-construction through close-out, mentor junior team members, and ensure Park Lane's standards in all communications. A track record of multi-project management and strong reading of construction drawings is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Working knowledge of risk management policies and procedures.
• Experience managing budgets and schedules on large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
• Ownership mindset with clients, with a drive to exceed their expectations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases, including pre-construction, project development, bid/award, and close-out, for your assigned projects.
• Work with clients to establish project scope and vision from the outset.
• Oversee permit submissions and design evaluations.
• Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and weekly meetings.
• Coordinate with consultants and the construction team to confirm feasibility.
• Prepare internal and external reports on job status.
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Resolve planning, design, and construction disputes as they arise.
• Opportunity to manage and train Junior Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
