Evergreen Real Estate Group seeks a Design & Construction Manager – Owner’s Representative to lead design and construction across active and proposed development projects in the Midwest. You will drive owner-aligned decisions from due diligence through turnover, coordinating with development, construction, asset management, and operations teams.

The role includes overseeing owner-purchased scopes, ensuring scope fidelity, managing budgets and schedules, and guiding projects to successful

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CM/Architecture/Engineering/Real Estate/Business.
5+ years of construction management/owner-side project coordination experience.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, engineering, and construction drawings.
Experience traveling to project sites across the Midwest and beyond.

Responsibilities

Represent Evergreen’s interests and act as owner-side contact across design and construction.
Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and design objectives with internal teams.
Coordinate with development, construction, asset and property management, and operations teams.
Track risks, issues, and decisions; escalate to leadership when needed.
Coordinate owner-purchased scopes (FF&E, appliances, tech, signage) and ensure timely delivery and integration.
Lead or participate in meetings (OAC, design coordination, turnover) and document decisions.
