Michael Page is seeking a Development Manager to own a diverse development pipeline across residential, mixed-use, and special projects. You’ll drive opportunities from acquisition and underwriting through construction, delivery, and stabilisation within a collaborative, entrepreneurial platform.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years of real estate development experience, strong financial modelling, and the ability to manage end-to-end projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field and 4–7 years of real estate development experience.
• Strong financial modelling and underwriting capabilities with development pro forma analysis.
• Experience managing projects through multiple development stages and coordinating external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source land opportunities and support negotiations through contract execution.
• Lead underwriting, budgeting, and investment analysis to inform decisions.
• Manage entitlements, permitting, and pre-development activities.
• Oversee design development from concept to construction docs.
• Support debt and equity financing processes and lender reporting.
• Monitor construction schedules and budgets; manage risk and change orders.
• Coordinate handover, lease-up, and stabilisation with reporting and docs.
