Job summary

Amazon's Global Engineering Services (GES) NA D&C is seeking a Construction Manager to act as the owner's representative across the full lifecycle of new builds, retrofits, and expansions that power Amazon's logistics network. You will interface with developers, general contractors, design engineers, and AHJ to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

The role requires independence within a large region and involves approximately 60% travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience from design to handover; travel up to 60% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Act as Amazon's owner's representative across the full construction lifecycle.
• Coordinate with developers, general contractors, design engineers, and AHJ to ensure safety, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and quality assurance across multiple projects.
• Review documents, resolve design conflicts, and monitor KPIs for safety, cost, and schedule.
• Lead or participate in weekly meetings and provide actionable reporting and feedback.
