Job summary

Amazon's Global Engineering Services (GES) North America Design & Construction team is seeking a Construction Manager to serve as Amazon's owner's representative in the delivery of built facilities and infrastructure supporting our logistics network.

You will manage the full construction lifecycle—from design review and contractor procurement through construction execution and handover—for new builds, retrofits, expansions, and program initiatives across your assigned region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience as Architect/Engineer/Construction Manager or Owner's PM representative in commercial development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Amazon's owner's representative and construction integrator across projects.
• Manage multiple projects from design through handover.
• Review bids, budgets, schedules; resolve discrepancies.
• Own budget tracking, cashflow forecasting and cost management.
• Negotiate contracts with developers and general contractors.
• Coordinate with authorities for permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Monitor conformance to Amazon's design standards and safety programs.
