Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Property Manager to lead all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties in the United States. You will coordinate marketing, operations, and financial activities for clients, ensuring objectives are met.

This in-office role requires strong skills in lease administration, budgeting, reporting, and vendor management. You will manage a team, supervise recruitment, and ensure timely inspections and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Real Estate License may be mandatory by local regulation.
• CPM or RPA is a preferred professional designation.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners and deliver reports.
• Lead tenant relations and resolve issues per policies.
• Prepare monthly operating and capital expenditure reports and budgets.
• Oversee lease administration including setup, changes, and reporting.
• Proactively collect rent and report AR status with recommendations.
• Spearhead sourcing and procurement; ensure vendor contract compliance.
• Manage daily and long-term team activities; schedule, coach, and evaluate performance.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and staff development.
• Ensure property inspections and approve maintenance or reconditioning.
• Provide strategic guidance to drive results and handle other duties.
