Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Property Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties in the United States. You will coordinate marketing, operations, and financial activities for clients, acting as the Owner Representative to meet objectives.

You will supervise a team, manage lease administration and rent collection, and prepare monthly reports and annual budgets. The role is 100% in‑office with strong emphasis on leadership and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Real Estate License required where mandated by local regulation; CPM or RPA designation preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Yardi or MRI and Kardin preferred; AP and CMMS proficiency.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties; strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary owner representative; prepare and deliver reports to meet client objectives.
• Lead team response to tenant needs and ensure staff resolves issues.
• Produce timely monthly reports and annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
• Oversee lease administration including setup changes and reporting; monitor terms.
• Proactively collect rent; report AR status and issue notices as needed.
• Direct sourcing and procurement; provide bid analysis and contract compliance.
• Lead daily and long‑term team activities; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Supervise and develop staff; oversee recruiting and training.
• Ensure regular property inspections and approve necessary alterations and maintenance.
• Drive results through clear direction and performance management.
