Job summary

Lincoln Property Company seeks an LPC Property Manager to lead all aspects of a single asset or portfolio across commercial, industrial, or retail properties. You will coordinate marketing, operations, and financial activities for clients and owners in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; real estate license may be required by regulation. 100% in-office with strong focus on budget, lease administration, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Real estate license may be required by regulation.
• CPM or RPA designation preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with owners and ensure client objectives are met.
• Lead tenant services and ensure prompt issue resolution per policies.
• Prepare and deliver monthly operating and capital expenditure reports and budgets.
• Oversee lease administration and reporting; manage contract terms.
• Oversee rent collection and AR reporting with action recommendations.
• Direct sourcing, bid analysis, and vendor contract compliance.
