Based in Nags Head or Corolla, the role emphasizes cross-department collaboration with revenue, guest services, and operations, on a Monday–Friday schedule. A strong account-management background and Salesforce proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a sales, account management, or related management role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and oversee a portfolio of 100+ properties.
• Build and maintain strong owner relationships with exceptional communication and proactive support.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of properties, including walkthroughs and documentation.
• Gather owner preferences to personalize their experience and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct monthly outreach to owners and resolve concerns across departments.
