Job summary

Village Realty in the Outer Banks seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily care, readiness, and operation of an assigned property portfolio. You will coordinate inspections, housekeeping, maintenance, vendors, and guest services to ensure safe, clean, and guest-ready homes.

Lead assigned staff, manage expenses within authority, and partner with guest services, owner relations, revenue management, and other teams to protect property assets and deliver consistent service.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of hospitality, vacation-rental, residential, multifamily, lodging, facilities, or property-management experience, including experience leading employees, vendors, or projects.
• Valid driver license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily care, readiness, and operation of assigned properties.
