Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Owner Relations Manager for a Breckenridge-area property management company that oversees 100–120 vacation rentals. You will build trusted relationships with owners and coordinate with revenue, guest services, and operations to enhance property investments.

You’ll work Mon–Fri from Dillon, with a collaborative, supportive culture and opportunities to impact owner experiences through proactive communication and detailed financial review.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a sales, account management, or related management role.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to review revenue/expense statements.
• Experience managing client relationships, portfolios, or accounts.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar).
• Ability to pass background and driving record checks.
• Confident and personable with outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, overseeing a portfolio of 100-120 properties.
• Build and maintain strong owner relationships with exceptional communication and proactive support.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of properties, including walkthroughs and documentation.
• Gather owner preferences and details to personalize their experience.
• Conduct monthly outreach to owners, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate across internal departments to resolve issues and optimize owner experience.
• Review and assist with monthly financial statements for property owners, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain organized records, tracking owner communications and property information.
