Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Owner Onboarding Agent for an on-site, seasonal role in Pompano Beach, FL. You will support owner onboarding, deliver sales presentations, and provide customer education on club products while ensuring service standards and compliance goals are met.

Weekend and holiday availability is required. You will coordinate educational sessions, train sales staff, and work with the OO Manager to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Full availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Seasonal opening with potential end date on or about 10/1/2023.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete legal and sales related documents with owners following established process/guidelines (50% time).
• Provide Owner Education to owners through topic curriculum in private one-on-one or group sessions on club products and guidance to maximize vacation ownership (25% of time).
• Identify and communicate patterns, trends, training opportunities and compliance concerns to OO Manager (10% of time).
• Provide training for sales team in product knowledge, document content, and sales compliance as needed (5% of time).
• Coordinate logistics and reporting for educational events & materials; collaborate with marketing, sales and resort teams to optimize session attendance (5% of time).
• Other site duties as assigned by OO Manager (5% time).
