Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee multiple small to medium projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery. You will provide planning, estimation, and organizational support under the direction of senior staff.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of construction PM experience, with strong MS Office skills and safety acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise projects from planning through completion under guidance of senior PM/Division Manager.
• Direct project activities, assign tasks, coordinate resources, and ensure adherence to policies and schedules.
• Prepare complete project estimates by reviewing plans, specs, and bid forms.
