Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple small-to-medium projects or one large program. You will lead a team of project managers and assistants, driving on-time, on-budget delivery while cultivating client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.

You will guide project strategy, manage financials, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across active sites. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and strong communication with stakeholders.

• Experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Project accountability for all aspects of the project’s success.
• Leadership and business acumen in project environments.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and construction.
• Forecasting and financial awareness for projects.
• Ability to build strong relationships with field teams and clients.
• Experience mentoring and managing others.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards for the field.
• Supervise Project Managers and Project Assistants in daily tasks.
• Train staff on company philosophy and systems.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders; track costs.
• Maintain logs to track project progress.
• Liaise with client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor site activities to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare monthly cost reports; manage contract financials.
