Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service on small to medium projects or one large project. This role emphasizes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and collaboration with senior management.

You will plan, supervise, and coordinate project activities, prepare estimates, and manage change orders while maintaining safety and quality standards across active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a Project Management role.
• Can be a combination of training, education, and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers and maintaining company policies and procedures.
• Provide project management expertise to establish initial client contact with scope, schedule, and resources.
• Prepare a complete estimate for the project with plans, specs, and bid form review.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Supervise change orders and negotiate changes.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure schedule and budget.
• Review documentation prepared by Assistant Project Manager.
• Represent the company in project meetings.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
