Job summary

Vacatia is seeking a solution-oriented sales professional for Panama City Beach, FL. In a hybrid role, you will guide owners through resale, deed and transition options with empathy, clarity and confidence, engaging via inbound/outbound calls and emails.

You will educate owners on available programs, benefits, and next steps, collaborating with Operations, Marketing, and Product to resolve issues and enhance the owner experience. CRM experience (Salesforce) is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in sales, customer service or account management.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality or vacation ownership preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide owners through resale, deed and transition options using a consultative approach.
• Engage owners via inbound/outbound phone and email to address questions and concerns.
• Educate owners on available programs, benefits and next steps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the owner experience.
• Document interactions and outcomes in CRM systems.
