Annabelle Lodging is expanding its presence in Panama City, FL with a Sales Executive who will build homeowner relationships and grow our short-term rental inventory. You will represent the brand in the local market, develop referral networks, and drive new business through targeted outreach and CRM-driven activity.

Ideal candidates excel at communication, prospecting, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment while traveling locally to meet clients and property owners.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills across phone, in-person, and video.
• Ability to learn quickly, act ethically, and grow a portfolio of rentals.
• Team player who is also self-motivated, reliable, and coachable.
• Ability to generate opportunities, build trust, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Grow short-term rental inventory by selling property management solutions in Panama City.
• Work in a fast-paced sales environment and meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Research competitors, regulations, and build referral networks with real estate agents.
• Draft customized outreach, cold call leads, set appointments, and close sales.
• Manage sales pipeline through CRM and balance prospecting with inbound/outbound leads.
• Log and update sales activities in the CRM, review pipelines and KPIs with leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to plan portfolio growth and ensure owner satisfaction.
