Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to empower you to control your own success within your designated territory. You will build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, conduct cold calls and in-person meetings, and tailor solutions to client needs, all while setting and achieving personal sales goals.

You’ll manage your schedule, develop your own strategy, and be supported with training and resources to excel in insurance product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensing reimbursement offered for Health & Life producer license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop your sales territory with full autonomy.
• Build and nurture relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
• Conduct cold calls and in-person meetings to present Altitude's offerings.
• Identify client needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Drive your own success by meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Set your own weekly schedule and submit it to management.
• Follow up on provided leads and balance cold outreach with warm leads.
