Dental Metrics Maven is seeking a results-driven Dental Territory Manager to cultivate and grow a defined geographic market, starting in the Oakland area. You will build relationships with dentists and practices, promote the lab’s services, and drive revenue through strategic outreach and qualified leads.

The role requires proven sales success in the dental lab sector, independence to manage a territory, and strong communication with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Dental industry sales experience required.
• Ability to develop a territory independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business within one assigned territory such as East Bay Area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, dental practices, specialists, and other key referral sources in the local market.
• Promote the laboratory’s services through in-person visits, phone outreach, digital communication, and consistent follow-up.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term accounts.
• Manage the territory with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of pipeline development, client engagement, and revenue growth.
• Partner with internal leadership and support teams to ensure a strong client experience and smooth case flow.
• Represent the company at local industry events, meetings, conventions, and networking opportunities.
• Use social media and professional outreach channels to increase visibility, strengthen connections, and generate leads.
• Track sales activity, market feedback, and performance metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers in the assigned region and help position the company as a long-term laboratory partner.
