Qualifications
- Experience managing teams and coaching others to success.
- Experience in sales, insurance, or related leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop strategies to expand market presence and enhance performance.
- Mentor agency owners on business planning, operations, and sales development.
