Qualifications

• Owns a software project stored in a git repository.
• Comfortable in the terminal and with git-based workflows.
• Runs macOS, Linux, or Windows with WSL2.
• Writes clear, honest evaluations of the assistant's performance.

Responsibilities

• Bring a software project you personally own and work on it end-to-end.
• Build features, fix bugs, refactor, or write docs with the AI assistant.
• At each step, compare two assistant responses and explain your choice.
• Work in your own environment, on your own schedule, with your own tools.
