Qualifications

• Own a software project you personally own, stored in a git repository.
• Comfortable working in the terminal and with git-based workflows.
• Running macOS, Linux, or Windows with WSL2; able to write clear evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Bring a software project you personally own — a side project, tool, or open-source library.
• Build features, fix bugs, refactor code, write docs, or do what your project needs — with an AI coding assistant.
• At each step, compare two versions of the assistant’s response, justify your choice briefly.
• Work in your own environment, on your own schedule, with your own tools.
