Alignerr seeks Software Engineers for a fully remote, hourly contract role focused on AI-generated code. You will write, review, and improve code, providing expert feedback to help AI coding assistants perform better and more safely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or not.
• Design coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions by engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
