Job summary

GuideWell is building an in-house Enterprise Strategy team and is hiring Associates to form its foundation. You own a full module of an engagement, framing hypotheses, directing analysis, and carrying it through to a defendable recommendation while managing day-to-day stakeholder relationships.

You will grow deep in domains like Medicare Advantage, commercial, or pharmacy, and have a clear path toward Head of Enterprise Strategy.

Qualifications

• Own a full problem area end-to-end—from framing through to a defensible recommendation.
• 3–6 years of experience in relevant roles.
• 3+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or comparable problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree; quantitative, analytical, health-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a full engagement module and manage the workplan, sequencing analysis and trade-offs.
• Direct Analysts and Senior Analysts contributing to the module; ensure quality of outputs.
• Frame hypotheses, choose methods, and design analyses with a clear point of view.
• Synthesize findings into a defensible module-level recommendation; present to leadership.
