Florida Blue, part of GuideWell, seeks an Enterprise Strategy Consultant to own a full engagement module from framing through recommendation. You will lead hypotheses, choose analytical methods, and synthesize results for defensible recommendations.

You will manage day-to-day stakeholder relations within the module and build credibility across Medicare Advantage, commercial, pharmacy, or related domains. This role emphasizes judgment over rote analysis, with opportunities to mentor junior staff,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in a quantitative/health field.
• 3–6 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to own a full problem area end to end.

Responsibilities

• Own a full engagement module autonomously from framing to recommendation.
• Direct Analysts and Senior Analysts; ensure quality of outputs.
• Manage the module workplan and escalate as needed.
• Build a defensible module narrative and present to leadership.
