Job summary

Florida Blue is hiring for an Enterprise Strategy Consultant/Associate to own a full module of an engagement, framing hypotheses, directing analyses, and delivering a defensible recommendation to business stakeholders. You will manage day-to-day relationships with stakeholders and deepen domain fluency in Medicare Advantage, commercial, or pharmacy.

You will thrive if you prefer shaping the approach over receiving it, can own a problem area end to end, and can develop durable domain expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Preferred MBA or Master’s degree
• Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills
• Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or comparable problem-solving role
• Ability to own a full problem area end to end and present to senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own a full engagement module from framing through to recommendation.
• Frame hypotheses and choose analytical methods unprompted; direct analysis and synthesize defensible recommendations.
• Build a module-level narrative end to end and present to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Guide junior colleagues, review work, and codify methods into reusable tools.
• Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships and build domain fluency.
