Job summary

GuideWell is building an in-house Enterprise Strategy team and is hiring Associates to help form its foundation. As an Associate, you own a full module of an engagement: frame the hypotheses, decide how the problem gets solved, direct the analysis, and carry it to a defensible recommendation you can defend to the business.

You will own day-to-day relationships with stakeholders and build domain fluency in Medicare Advantage, commercial, pharmacy, or related areas to be credible with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative, analytical, business, or health-related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or related area.
• Ability to own a full problem area end to end from framing to recommendation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a full engagement module end to end from framing to recommendation.
• Frame hypotheses and choose appropriate analytical methods.
• Synthesize findings into a defensible module-level recommendation.
• Guide junior colleagues and codify methods into reusable tools and templates.
