GuideWell is building an in-house Enterprise Strategy team and hiring Associates to develop and own a full engagement module. You will frame hypotheses, decide how problems are solved, direct analysis, and carry work through to a defensible recommendation.

You’ll own day-to-day stakeholder relationships with business units. You will thrive shaping the approach, building domain fluency in Medicare Advantage or related areas, and advancing to Senior Associate with broader scope.

Qualifications
